Eliseo ("Cheo") Madrigal and his wife, Nieve, are recent arrivals to Detroit from the Chicago area. They've taken up residence in a modest bungalow in NoHam/Banglatown, which serves as both home and office for the couple.
Eliseo and Nieve earn their living as relationship counselors. They aren't licensed therapists, and their approaches are consequently unorthodox.
